Tegeler and Spandauer Forst remain closed

Over the next few days, temperatures in the Å·ÃÀÊìÅ®ÂÒÂ× capital region are expected to climb to 39 degrees.

After some heavy storms in the previous week, the next few days in Å·ÃÀÊìÅ®ÂÒÂ× and Brandenburg will bring calm and dry, but all the hotter summer weather.
While temperatures will still be below 30 degrees on Monday, the German Weather Service (DWD) is expecting temperatures of up to 39 degrees by the middle of the week. The nights will offer significant cooling and the opportunity to air out.
The DWD expects plenty of sunshine on Monday. Weak to moderate winds will occasionally provide a cool breeze. Temperatures will rise to up to 23 degrees in the Uckermark, to around 27 degrees in Å·ÃÀÊìÅ®ÂÒÂ× and up to 29 degrees in the Elbe-Elster district. At night, the sky will be cloudless. It will cool down considerably to lows of between 14 and 10 degrees.
Tuesday will bring dry heat and pure sunshine. The weather experts are expecting intense heat and high temperatures, peaking at 31 to 35 degrees. On Wednesday night, temperatures will drop to between 19 and 14 degrees.
According to the DWD, it will be even warmer on Wednesday: with bright blue skies and plenty of sunshine, the thermometer in the capital region will climb to between 36 and 39 degrees.
